Airside Technology Park comprised of twenty two enterprise/light industrial units. The development is located approximately 15km north of Dublin City Centre and is within minutes of Dublin Airport and the M1 and M50 motorways. The Port Tunnel entrance is within approximately 3km of the site with the proposed metro/rail link for the city centre to the Airport to run adjacent.

Leading Edge’s role included Procurement Advice in respect of Design Team & Main Contractor appointments, managing the Design Team and the Main Contractor with overall responsibility for Cost and Quality Control.
