Leading Edge are delighted to announce the completion on schedule of Blackhall Place, Dublin 7 on behalf of our Clients Red Rock. Leading Edge were engaged as Project Managers to assist in the handover and completion stage.

The development incorporates 37 new build to rent units extending six storeys over basement, comprising 17 one bed apartments, 18 two bed apartments as well as a spectacular 3 bed penthouse. Works commenced on site in March 2019 and were completed in October 2020.
