Celbridge Primary Care Centre is located on the Maynooth Road in Celbridge, and was completed in 2016 . The development consisted of a 36,000 square feet three storey building with surface car parking. The Facility is occupied by the Health Service Executive, a General Practitioners Practice, a Pharmacy and some complementary Retail. Leading Edge provided full Development Management services to the Client Clarington Primary Care, a role that included the provision of services to acquire the site, the procurement of the Design Team and the Main Contractor with overall responsibility for managing cost and quality control. Leading Edge also took the lead role in raising development finance, tax planning and legals
