The Fonthill Retail Units consisted of two units of 8,260 square feet each, finished to a high specification incorporating ample car parking and excellent access for larger vehicles.

Leading Edge’s role included Procurement Advice in respect of Design Team & Main Contractor appointments, managing the Design Team and the Main Contractor with overall responsibility for Cost and Quality Control.
