The Navan Road Primary Care Centre is located on the city side of the Ashtown Gate Entrance of the Phoenix Park on lands formerly owned by the Catholic Institute for Deaf People. It is the second Primary Care Centre to be developed by Clarington Primary Care. The facility consists of 36,000 square feet in a part 2 and 4 storey building with adjacent surface car parking. The facility is occupied by the Health Service Executive, Centric Health, Mangan Allcare Pharmacy and Insomnia Café.

Leading Edge’s role included the provision of services to acquire the site, the procurement of the Design Team and the Main Contractor with overall responsibility for managing cost and quality control.

Leading Edge also took the lead role in raising development finance, tax planning and legals.

Construction commenced on site in December 2013 and was completed in December 2014.
