Leading Edge Project Directors were appointed by Kildare Vocational Education Committee to provide advice for the disposal of their Town Centre Site and the provision of Project Management Services for the new Education Campus at Pipers Hill. The new Campus was built at an overall cost of € 40 million, it was the largest construction project ever undertaken by County Kildare VEC.

The twenty acre site is home to Pipers Hill College, Pipers Hill Community National School, Gaelscoil Nás na Ríogh and Irish Vocational Education Authority, now known as the Education and Training Boards Ireland

Leading Edge Project Directors provided advice for the Site Disposal, Site Acquisition for the new Campus site and Procurement Advice in respect of Design Team and the Main Contractor. Leading Edge supervised the development of the Master Planning, performance of the Design Team & Main Contractor. It also had overall responsibility for Cost Control and Quality Control to ensure compliance with department guidelines.
