    • Perform a cost analysis of the Tender Submissions
    • Complete a review of the tender information to ensure compliance with the Clients Specifications
    • Manage the contractor to ensure compliance with Planning Regulations, Building Regulations & Statutory Consents
    • Manage the construction phase by chairing weekly meetings with the Contractor and Client and issuing detailed reports and minutes
    • Oversee the commissioning and handover process
