Leading Edge acted as Employers Representative for our Client Bain Capital, who, in partnership with Lugus Capital, completed the ‘Belgrave Collection’ of Pre-63 refurbishments, which rejuvenated prime rental districts D4, D6, and D8 by transforming pre-1963 buildings into luxurious apartments and studio units.

As Employers Representative, Leading Edge oversaw regulatory compliance and budget control. Fund 3 is advancing the mission to revitalize old buildings, combining the preservation of historical significance with contemporary living requirements.
