Premier Inn hotel
Leading Edge acted as Project Manager for the Design and Construction Phase of this Premier Inn hotel on Gloucester Street.
The project consisted of 10-storey, 113-bedroom hotel as well as a public bar, restaurant and reception area located on the ground floor. Works commenced on site in November 2020 and completed in December 2022.
