Leading Edge are acting as Employers Representative for Bain Capital on the development of a 360,000 square foot logistics development in a prime location just off the N2 Dublin to Derry road.

The project consists of 4 warehouse units and associated siteworks, ranging from 60,000 to 120,000 square foot. This unique project consists of a Glulam structural frame, the largest of its kind in Ireland, which improves ESG credentials and reduces carbon footprint.
