We acted as Project Managers on behalf of the Client Verifone Holdings Ltd on the €1 Million fitout of their Clonskeagh Offices. Key Services we provided include:

• Identify a suitable Irish fitout contractor to complete the works based on a Design & Build Contract on behalf of the Client
• Perform a cost analysis of the Tender Submissions
• Complete a review of the tender information to ensure compliance with the Clients Specifications
• Manage the contractor to ensure compliance with Planning Regulations, Building Regulations & Statutory Consents
• Manage the construction phase by chairing weekly meetings with the Contractor and Client and issuing detailed reports and minutes
• Oversee the commissioning and handover process
