Walshestown is a residential development consisting of 200 residential units and adjacent surface car parking located on a 20 acre site in Mullingar, Co Westmeath.

Leading Edge’s role included the provision of services to acquire the site and the procurement of the Design Team with a view to securing planning permission.

Leading Edge also took the lead role in raising development finance, tax planning and legals.
