Project Description
The Celbridge Primary Care Centre is located on the Maynooth Road in Celbridge. The proposed development will consist of a 36,000 square feet three storey building with surface car parking. The Facility will be occupied by the Health Service Executive, a General Practitioners Practice, a Pharmacy and some complementary Retail.
In February 2014 planning permission was secured from An Bord Pleanala.
Leading Edge’s role includes the provision of services to acquire the site, the procurement of the Design Team and the Main Contractor with overall responsibility for managing cost and quality control.
Leading Edge will also take the lead role in raising development finance, tax planning and legals.
