We are currently acting as the Asset Manager to Bain Capital Partners on the Knockrabo Residential Development in Goatstown which commenced on site in May 2016.- The Celbridge Primary Care Centre is located on the Maynooth Road in Celbridge. The proposed development will consist of a 36,000 square feet three storey building with surface car parking.
- Leading Edge are delighted to announce the completion on schedule of Kildare Village Shopping Outlet, Phase 2. Leading Edge were the main Project Managers for this development.
- The Navan Road Primary Care Centre is located on the city side of the Ashtown Gate Entrance of the Phoenix Park on lands formerly owned by the Catholic Institute for Deaf People.
- In 2009, Co. Monaghan Vocational Education Committee commenced the redevelopment of the former Military Barracks site, to consist of a Multi-user Education Campus incorporating Gaelscoil Ultain Primary School, Coláiste Oiriall Post-Primary School, Monaghan Institute of Further Education, a Sports Hall and the Garage Theatre.

- The Newbridge Primary Care Centre is the first Primary Care Centre to be developed by Clarington Primary Care. Located on Station Road and known locally as Áras Sláinte the facility consists of 36,000 square feet in a 3 storey building with adjacent surface car parking.
- Walshestown is a residential development consisting of 200 residential units and adjacent surface car parking located on a 20 acre site in Mullingar, Co Westmeath.
- Leading Edge’s role included the provision of services to acquire the site and the procurement of the Design Team and Main Contractor, managing the Design Team and the Main Contractor during construction with overall responsibility for Cost and Quality Control.
- Newbridge Institute of Further Education Centre has been designed to meet the needs of County Kildare Vocational Education Committee and the demand for further education in Newbridge and hinterland in North Kildare.
- Charlemont Clinic is located at Charlemont Mall, Dublin 2. The property comprises of eight commercial buildings on a site extending to approximately 0.38 hectare (0.95 acre).
- The Vista Primary Care is located on the Ballymore Eustace Road in Naas, Co. Kildare. The facility consists of 36,000 square feet in a 3 storey building with surface and basement car parking.
- North Great Georges Street residential development consists of 49 highly specified apartments and basement car parking located a short walk from O’Connell Street.
- The Fonthill Retail Units consisted of two units of 8,260 square feet each, finished to a high specification incorporating ample car parking and excellent access for larger vehicles.
- Part of the Pipers Hill Education Campus, Gael Scoil Naas na Ríogh is a 16 Classroom school which was completed in August 2008. The new primary school is one of four schools, forming the Education Campus which shares sports facilities with Kildare Vocational Education Committee.
- This project consisted of the development of a new club house, changing facilities and playing pitch.
- Part of the Laytown Education Campus, Coláiste na hÍnse was completed in August 2012 for Co. Meath Vocational Education Committee. The new school is one of three facilities forming an educational campus with shared sports pitches.
- The project consisted of a turnkey office fit out of 5,200 square foot for County Kildare Vocational Education Committee’s new Head Quarters. The floor space is located within Kildare County Council’s office building which was designed by the award winning Heneghan Peng Architects.
- Naas Community National School is a 16 Classroom school which was completed in April 2008. The new temporary school is one of four schools forming the Pipers Hill Education Campus.
- Airside Technology Park comprised of twenty two enterprise/light industrial units. The development is located approximately 15km north of Dublin City Centre and is within minutes of Dublin Airport and the M1 and M50 motorways.
- Chamley Park is a development of twenty detached family homes situated off the Swords Road in Malahide, Co Dublin which was completed in 2008.
- The development consists of a gymnasium built to the standards of the Department of Education & Skills. Located on Station Road the facility is located within the same development as the recently constructed Primary Care Centre.
- This project consisted of a New 2,000 square feet fit out for Corporate Head Office within the Northern Cross Office Development.
- The construction of a landmark Solicitors office of 8,000 square feet comprising offices, consultation and file storage rooms.
- A Mixed Use Retail & Residential with Basement Parking along the water front of the Avoca River.
- Leading Edge Project Directors were appointed by Kildare Vocational Education Committee to provide advice for the disposal of their Town Centre Site and the provision of Project Management Services for the new Education Campus at Pipers Hill.
- The project consisted of a new 24,000 square feet fit out for the Corporate Head Office of Beauchamp Solicitors contained within the Naturally Ventilated Sustainable Riverside II Building.
- This development consists of 20 residential units, parking spaces and 6,308 square feet of retail space located adjacent to Smithfield in an area that continues to experience intense rejuvenation. The development was completed in 2008.
- The Kildare Town Primary Care Centre is located at the appropriately named Hospital Road in Kildare. The facility consists of a 36,000 square feet three storey building with adjacent surface car parking.
